Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Our return and refund policy applies to products purchased at full price only. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, we will send a replacement free of charge, including shipping costs, provided the damage is deemed significant by the management.
To qualify for this, you must provide proof of damage via email, social media chat or our website chat. Management reserves the right to determine the significance of the damage based on the following criteria:
Makes the product physically unusable.
Detracts significantly from the aesthetic value of the product.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days and returned to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
